Payment policy:
After your reservation is finally confirmed and booked you will receive an invoice within days. The deposit is at least 30% of the total amount and
must be paid in EURO within 7 days, excluding*
airline tickets for international / domestic flights
train tickets
road transportation (excl. Holland)
*These components must be fully met and are non refundable.
The full amount must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure. If you want to book a trip for departure within 8 weeks then the full amount, at the
time of booking, needs to be paid. Your journey can only proceed when full payment has been made on time. In case of a partial payment before
departure, conditions of cancellation apply.
Cancellation policy:
