Day 5: A day full of Magic in 'Efteling' * AWARDED WORLD'S BEST THEMPARK 2017 *
This day you will travel to the southern part of the Netherlands. Per private road transfer you will cross through the Dutch countryside of which you can
get a good impression. You must be comfortable dressed and lightly packed for the day, because you will spent the entire day in a world of magic. For
your comfort you will be dropped of at the Efteling gate, where you will have VIP acces to the park. Every Dutch person has visited Efteling theme
park once or multiples times in their lives. The park has been awarded as World's Best Theme Park 2017, beating former six-time champion
Tokyo DisneySea. Generations grew up enjoying this beautifully styled fairy tale themepark most comparible to Disneyland in Paris. Fairytales are for
everyone, young and old. The park offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor attractions taking you literally into another world. Most famous are the Fata
Morgana indoor boat ride through a magic Arabic world, or the indoor Elves rides through mulptiple chambers each representing a different world of fairies,
elves and trolls. The heart of the park is a Fairytale forest where figures come alive and most enjoyed by kids.
After a day full of magic and exciting attractions, you are not done yet. You just have to walk a bit to the amazing Efteling Hotel where you can stay in
the room with the theme of your preference. Your luggage will be already waiting for you in the hotel. The suites each have a different theme. The luxury
hotel has a fairytale ambiance and offers a variety of services. The hotel facilities include a theme restaurant and bar, a sunny terrace with children
playground, a children play room, nanny service and a souvenir shop.
Day 4: Windmills & Clogs Tour through the Dutch countryside
Early in the morning you will be collected by a bus coach from a pickup point in the city centre. This 5,5 hrs. will take you on
a beautiful route through the Dutch countryside to 3 authentic Dutch villages at short distance from Amsterdam: Zaanse Schans, Volendam & Marken.
You will see many windmills, traditional countryside housing, cheese making, clog making and other characteristic features of The Netherlands. Some of
the windmills are open to the public.
From Volendam you will take a short boat transfer to the Island of Marken, a traditional fishing village where people still wear their folklore clothing and the
wooden houses are built on stilts. You will have time to take a stroll along the port boulevard and in the town centre. Afterwards you will drive back to the
point of pickup where you will be dropped off.
Included: 5 hrs. group tour per luxury bus coach includes tour guide and audio guide. (Museum entrance tickets and other sightseeing activities
available on request)
Efteling Hotel suite facilities: choose your theme double/ triple/interleading suite, TV, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, safety box, tea & coffee facilities, mini bar, toilet/bathroom with bath and shower, bathrobes, hairdryer. Including breakfast. (Children under 4 stay for free)
