Famous Towns Group Tour
Day 1: Rome - Florence - Overnight: 3-star Hotel Machiavelli Palace
You will take the train from Rome through the beautiful Tuscan countryside to Florence. After checking into the hotel you will be taken on a sightseeing tour
by your guide. Sights that you will see and visit include: Florence Duomo and its museum to see Michelangelo’s work, the Baptistery with its Romanesque
architecture, the Giotto’s Campanile - a impressive bell tower, Piazza del Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, the famous bridge Ponte Vecchio, Academia Gallery
and Oltrarno neighbourhood on the other side of the River.
Day 2: Florence - Pisa - Overnight: 3-star Hotel Machiavelli Palace
Meet your guide at the start point in town from where you will take a day trip by coach to Pisa, a approx an hour driving from Florence. Enjoy a guided walking
tour of the centre stopping at the most important monuments and off course see the Leaning Tower of Pisa while learning about the Romanesque architecture
and history. Return to Florence.
Day 3: Florence - Venice - Overnight: 3-star Hotel Capri
After breakfast you check out of the hotel to spend the morning at leisure. In the afternoon you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to Santa Maria
Novella Train Station for your train to Venice.The train is quick and direct transport to Venice, it takes about two hours. When you arrive at Venice Santa
Lucia Train Station, you will hop aboard a transfer boat that will bring you to your hotel.
Day 4: Venice - Overnight: 3-star Hotel Capri
Meet your guide after breakfast in the centre at the famous Piazza San Marco (St. Mark’s Square) for your morning walking tour of Venice. You will walk by
to see some of Venice highlights and less touristic streets while learning about its history and culture. The rest of the day you have all the time to explore the
city independently. Day 5: Venice - Overnight: 3-star Hotel CapriCheck out of your hotel after breakfast, finishing your tour in Venice. Day 5: Onward travel
arrangements.
